Finishing school to train CAD/CAM manpower

In a bid to create industry-ready CAD/CAM manpower, Padmanabhaa Technologies developed a framework by seeing major participation of   industries & Institutions to start  programs by the end of this academic year.

There is a high demand for manpower in CAD/CAM & Related Technologies. Companies find a huge employability gap on fresher coming out of Engineering Colleges for job.

The engineering graduates though get theoretical training in the colleges, need some extra training to get jobs, to fill the employability gap.

Most of the engineering graduates, who pass out from the state-run and private engineering colleges, lag behind in soft skills.
The proposed school will also train them for general and technical interviews, soft skills and organise placement camps.
